As the attempted (media) Russian coup between the ideological Wagner group of Mercinaries with NATO money from alledged sources in Germany. The media pre-empted at distraction using a Billionaire tin can with name of Ocean gate and the Titanic as the media code for next Canon event to catalyse the shift to a Globalist system.

The Speculative Conspiracy theory is as follows.

• Cutting of the undersea cables between the two Continents -Blame game

• 10 or so days blackout of all financials making trading halt.

• Disappearance of certain well knows and insertion of various new unknowns

• Total media coverage distraction/diversion.

• cold proxy-wars become warm.

• monetary system implementation - new laws

As you can see from the simple search result the first blame will be on Russia, although anecdotally there is more incidents revealing Middle eastern countries. But with a Search party looking for Billionaires in a tin can and Nord stream pipeline being blown up.
