3. De Blasio's covid 19 order in new york is "Emergency Executive Order 239 brought in September 14, 2021.

4. It is believed in Numerology that 239 and 923 and most permutations upside down and reversed. That the number refers to the Illuminati's end times to reset the world and bring in the world domination by whatever dastardly means necessary.

5. 239 lives lost on MH370 too great to allow discovery even decade later.

6. Media loves posting about exact numbers of deaths always being 239
